Preparate design
A viable product is never just a surface; it is a system that must be understood from the inside out. It requires a sharp eye to recognize visual patterns, an analytical mind to process business logic, and a beating heart to drive brand engagement. I break down complex communication challenges into clear, functioning structures. A product team doesn’t just acquire a pair of hands to execute layouts — they integrate a fully involved mechanism dedicated to structural thinking and deep immersion in the process.

For over two years, I led a comprehensive rebranding project for a pharmacy chain, transitioning their communication from fragmented tasks to a scalable system. I developed the brand platform, established internal guidelines, wrote corporate linters to enforce layout rules, and typeset the final brandbook. This systematization supported a threefold growth of the in-house design department. The design shifts directly correlated with business outcomes: a 30% increase in digital sales, a 50% boost in audience acquisition, and a 20% growth in the average B2B order value following a complete redesign of commercial proposals.
A systematic approach requires absolute precision. My background in competitive mathematics trained me to structure chaotic data—whether textual or graphical. Instead of relying on surface-level assumptions, I dive into technical specifics. When designing packaging, I study marking laws and original documentation to recreate symbols from scratch. To optimize workflows, I write custom Python scripts for data analysis and build rigid grid systems. Design is about bringing transparent, logical order to complex information.
The ultimate critic of any design is the user, who reacts to feelings rather than compositional theory. I validate visual metaphors through rigorous testing, a process that naturally involves missteps. I actively document my failures: a pharmacy slogan that inadvertently evoked toilet humor, a clinic concept that missed the mark, and a cable workshop’s identity that accidentally resembled ammunition. Analyzing these discarded concepts allows me to eliminate unintended associations and build robust, predictable brand communications.
I help product companies build transparent, logical design processes and make data-informed, brand-level decisions. If your team needs a specialist who approaches visual communication as a strategic business tool, let’s discuss how my expertise can support your growth.@gegrit
