WHEN EVERYTHING LOOKS THE SAME

Clean lines.Neutral colours.Simple shapes.
Minimalism has its place, but everyday objects don’t always have to look serious, neutral, or predictable.
Where is the room for playfulness and personality?
ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Sasha.Actually, I’m a programmer — not an industrial designer. But last year I studied industrial design, and I enjoyed it.Through 3D modeling, I experiment with shapes, playful concepts, and unexpected ideas. This portfolio is a collection of my projects that explore a different side of everyday design.
I want to encourage you to look at things with a playful gaze.
WHAT IF EVERYDAY OBJECTS COULD BE MORE?
We use everyday objects without giving them much thought. But what if they could do more than serve a function?
What if they could surprise us, make us smile, or express our personality?
This is where my design experiments begin.
SO WHAT IF WE TRIED SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
What if a kettle became a crocodile?
What if an organizer was inspired by art?
And what about a game console with an FBI vibe?
Let’s look beyond the ordinary.
| CROCOPOT

What if I want to teach my child to be independent in the kitchen, but standard kettles are too complicated and boring?CROCOPOT is an electric kettle designed for children; it is lightweight and easy to use. The kettle has a small capacity, a cute, cheerful design, and simple controls.

| SWALLOW

What happens when you draw inspiration from the design language of a favorite painting? Inspired by Alex Colville’s painting One Swallow, I created a vibrant modular organizer that can be customized to suit your needs by rearranging its modules.

| I WANT TO BELIEVE

«It would be great to have a game console designed with the aesthetic of my favorite TV series — most of modern alternatives are just so generic.»This thought gave rise to the IWTB — a themed portable game console where the form factor, opening mechanism, graphical interface, and chassis details are all unified by a single concept: investigations and The X-Files.

Design is not only about solving problems. It’s also about exploring possibilities.
Think differently.
Create something unexpected.
Beyond the ordinary.
