Tactile Memory of Culture — a visual study on the role of tactile experience and material in shaping the symbolism of Russian tradition.
The concept for the printed publication was developed based on the research findings.

The metal plates were hand-punched and the fabric was hand-covered. (cover materials: linen, spelter (a copper and nickel alloy))
Two materials were deliberately chosen for the cover: natural linen fabric and metal (specifically copper and nickel).
This selection is driven not only by the symbolic component of the tactile aspect but also by the need to incorporate elements of handcraft into the work.
