Analog photography—which is highly unfamiliar to the senses—is simultaneously the closest medium to the captured moment. It serves as a physical trace of an event, yet only the general outlines of the subjects are visible. This constitutes a paradox: an original exists that was directly involved in the photographic process, but it is precisely this original that is least accessible to human perception. This project demonstrates this phenomenon—one that is both intensely real and inaccessible to the human eye.
