The administration pavilion consists of two sections: one houses offices and staff lounge areas, while the other is a storage zone for park equipment and a supply closet. The administrative area is distinguished by its wooden paneling. The pavilion features a stately roof, and the exterior perimeter is framed with posts that provide shade and add further visual texture to the facade. The pavilion was designed by the architectural bureau Praktika.
