ABOUT

Hi! I’m Nika, a communication and graphic designer, a student at HSE Art & Design School (2027 BA) based in Nizhniy Novgorod.
MY APPROACH
As for I am a communication designer I put communication at the first place when I’m working, that is why I appreciate deep dive into the context of what I am interacting with. Also my value is art approach when you don’t see just a rough task but a case where one can out some special aesthetic view that can open any product from an amazing point.

WORKS
MAXIM GORKIY LITERATURE FESTIVALTarget
The goal was to create a festival identity that feels contemporary and dynamic while attracting a new, younger audience.

ResultOver the course of three months, I developed a visual system that eventually grew into the festival’s full identity. I designed
a logo that references the festival’s theme and its core metaphor:
a book as a doorway that opens up new worlds for the reader.
I also worked on the copywriting, bringing Maxim Gorky’s words into a contemporary context. I selected quotes that still feel surprisingly relevant today and developed additional wording that connects the writer’s ideas and legacy with the present.

CONTOUR ART FAIRTarget
Creating a merch collection that feels fresh and distinctive, while capturing the atmosphere and spirit of the fair through an unexpected concept.
Result
Before starting the design, I conducted in-depth research into the fair’s audience, exploring their motivations, interests, and preferences. This research helped me shape the concept and build the collection around it.
