Media Concept
A cozy, авторский channel dedicated to restaurants around the world—trusted like advice from a close friend. It helps you quickly choose a place for a date or a special evening, covering the atmosphere, what to order, and how to make the evening a success.
Media Segment: A Telegram channel with restaurant and café recommendations for every occasion. Niche Focus: Curating Moscow restaurants (and beyond) for a specific event—whether it’s a date, a gathering with friends, a family dinner, a business lunch, or a celebration—presented like a personal recommendation from a friend.
The guide does not condescend; rather, it leads and advises. This conveys the channel’s role: a close confidant who knows where to take you.
Data Sources
The primary source for the Food Guide is the author’s personal experience. Other sources are necessary to find candidates, verify facts, and understand what readers need. Recommendations in the channel are never built solely on others' data.

Rule for all sources: external reviews, texts, and photos are not accepted into the channel. Only facts (address, hours, check) and ideas for a visit are extracted from them.
Data Distribution Diagram

The machine takes care of everything that can be gathered, calculated, and formatted according to the rules. Three things remain for the human that sustain trust in the channel: topic selection, a personal visit, and the final word in the text.
The cycle is complete: analytics and reader questions return to the author, becoming the basis for the next month’s theme. Spot card: who fills in each field.
Card — the primary data unit in the database. All posts are built from it.
Approved list of occasions: date, meeting with friends, family dinner, business lunch, holiday and birthday, special evening, quick coffee or breakfast, after-work dinner. The author adds new occasions only.
Guidelines
The diagram features seven machine services and one bot for readers. Each operates according to its own guidelines and the general rules listed below. The most detailed is the AI Copywriter guideline—this determines whether the channel sounds like a friend.
General Rules for All Services
The author has the final say. No service publishes anything without the author’s «Approved» tag.
We recommend only verified places. Only locations with the status «Author verified» appear in the feed. A candidate from a map or another channel is an idea for a visit, not a recommendation.
Do not invent details. If a fact is missing from a location’s card, the service leaves the field blank and marks it «Needs clarification.» The service never writes the price, dish, or hours as «approximately.»
Every fact has a source and a date. Next to the address, receipt, or menu, it is kept a record of where the information came from and when it was verified.
We do not copy external content. You can read review texts, competitors' posts, and other people’s photos, but you cannot transfer them to the channel.
No advertising disguised as advice. Restaurants that pay for placement are not included in automatic selections; advertising is marked separately and only manually.
When in doubt—stop. In any questionable case, the service does not guess; instead, it sends the author a notification with the reason.
Occasion Curator
Purpose: To provide the author with a short list of venues tailored to a specific post or reader inquiry.
Input: Occasion, city and district, budget, number of guests, monthly theme.
Action: Filters the database and sorts results based on alignment with the occasion and season. Examples of seasonal accents from the content plan include: in October—a quick after-work dinner; in November—large tables and hot soups; in January—long breakfasts.
Rules: The final list must only show the status «Author Vetted»; no more than one venue from the same chain per selection; a venue cannot be repeated more than once every six weeks (except for the «Monthly Recap»). In November, selections are shorter: the plan emphasizes speed and comfort.
Output: 3–7 venues (3–4 for November), each with a line from the author’s notes explaining why it is a good fit.
Verification: Each venue must have the tag for the required occasion and operate at the correct time (breakfast, dinner after 7:00 PM).
To hand off to a person: If fewer than three vetted venues are found, the service sends a list of potential candidates for a visit.
AI Copywriter
Purpose: To transform location cards and the author’s notes into a draft post that requires only minor polishing. The copywriter does not introduce a new opinion, but rather rewrites the author’s perspective in her voice.
Inputs: A column topic, the reason for the post, the month’s theme and mood, location cards (only those marked «Author was present»), raw author’s notes, and 3–5 examples of approved posts for that column.
Tone of Voice: Gentle, caring, informal (using «you» casually), like talking to a close friend. The guide does not judge from above, but rather leads and advises.
Glossary
Advertisements and status clichés are prohibited: «best in town, ” „must-have, ” „gastronomic masterpiece, ” „wow factor, ” „location, ” „menu feature, ” „to taste, ” „dear subscribers.“ Readers should not be judged for their budget or taste. Warm, domestic imagery is preferable: a blanket, a notebook, a reservation for two, a large table.
Publication Planner
Assignment: Maintain the rhythm of the content plan: two major posts per week, 2–3 story series, «Where to Next?» on Fridays, and «Honestly» (or «New Year’s» in December) on Sundays.
Input: Posts marked «Approved» and the weekly grid.
Guidelines: Only publish approved content; no more than one major post per day; weekend collections must go live no later than Friday so readers have time to book. Publication times are determined by analytics (initial hypothesis: weekdays between 6:00–7:00 PM, when people are thinking about dinner).
Pre-publication Check: The relevance monitor (3.2) confirmed that all links are active and functional.
Alert Person: If there is a gap in the grid (no approved post within 24 hours of the slot) or if an unforeseen event has occurred in the city that would make a lighthearted post inappropriate—then the publication is paused.
