Burnout investigates human emotional exhaustion. It explores how the desire to control every aspect of one’s life and take on too much inevitably leads to depletion. The burnout itself within the project is shown through perforated pages and subtle variations in the spreads, symbolizing how burnout gradually creeps in and inevitably reaches its peak.
